We’ve been fortunate to eat in many Michelin starred restaurants around the world yet tonight’s menu at El Rincon was simply the best. The flavours in every course were exquisite. The balance of sweetness, savoury, richness and spice were perfect. And the accompanying wine an excellent match. Pictures, whilst great memories, won’t do it justice and would spoil the surprises. Bravo to the whole team, an outstanding evening.

It was an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable birthday dinner. Our visit to El Rincón de Juan Carlos was an experience that will stay with us for a long time. The food is on the absolute highest level – every dish was perfected to the smallest detail. It is easy to see and taste why this place holds two Michelin stars; they are fully deserved! The service was impeccable: professional, yet warm, making us feel truly special throughout the evening. I must also mention the grand finale: the "Tree" dessert. It was incredible, both visually and in terms of flavor. A real work of art. If you are in Tenerife and looking for a venue for a special occasion, this is the best choice. We had a truly marvellous evening at El Rincón de Juan Carlos. The quality of the food was outstanding – highly creative, beautifully presented, and deeply rooted in local Tenerife produce and identity. The cooking felt both refined and authentic, with a strong sense of place throughout the menu. A particular highlight was the bread, which was superb and clearly made with great care. Service was impeccable: professional, attentive and very non-intrusive, contributing significantly to the overall experience. The wine flight was well chosen and matched the food extremely well, fully living up to the quality of the kitchen. The ambience in the evening was excellent – calm, elegant and welcoming – making it a genuinely enjoyable place to spend time. Overall, an exceptional dining experience. We will definitely return and are already planning another visit in 2026.

I can only confirm all other reviews: a truly amazing experience: great view and a warm and friendly staff. And the menu: lots of small dishes, all refined and with great taste. Truly a 2 star restaurant !

The most amazing culinary experience we've ever had in Tenerife. With a spectacular view on the bay of La Caleta, hosts Maria-José, Raquel and their crew know how to spoil their guests. Every course coming from the kitchen is an explosion of taste in your mouth and the wine pairing only went crescendo. The 'Arbol dulce' in the end was unlike anything I've had ever seen in a restaurant. Michelin is absolutely right, this place 'vaut le voyage'. Even from Belgium to Tenerife.

The best dining experience, ever!!! It was going to be good but it surpassed our expectation. Everything was absoltuley perfect and outstanding. We were made so welcome and felt so comfortable. The family who looked after us are delightful and they really set this dining experience apart from all of the Michelin stared restaurants we have visited. We felt so connected with their culinary journey and this is what made it so very special.... it was like dining with family. One thing that will remain with us was how one of the owners spoke of the team, she said "they are all our family" Todas son nuestra familia. It made the whole experience so special. We were so touched by their recognition of our 25th wedding anniversary; a personalised printed menu and an beautiful celebration cake. The tasting menu was out of this world, pure magic with the most exquisite flavours and attention to detail. The best dining experience ever.
